| 摘 要： | 目的探索护生在临床实习中沟通技巧的形成过程,给护理教育提供可以借鉴的信息.方法对6名护理大专学生进行采访和笔者临床观察.结果护生在临床实习中沟通技巧的形成一般要经历自我交流、与病人积极接触、经历交流失败、形成交流技巧4个阶段.结论护理教育应利用研究中的发现,去帮助护生发展交流技巧.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the process of forming communication skills by diploma nursing students in clinical practice. This can provide information for nursing education.Methods Six diploma nursing students were interviewed and observed during the process.Results Four stages were found to form communication skills in clinical practice by nursing students, which included self communication, engaging the patient, experiencing communication breakdown, forming communication skills.Conclusion Nursing education should use the results in this study to help nursing students develop communication skills. |
