| Abstract: | Background Shoulder involvement, with progressive loss of joint mobility, is found in almost all patients with Apert’s syndrome. Case presentation This paper reports on a 10-year-old girl with major functional limitation of both shoulders. Conclusions Bilateral joint arthrolysis yielded good functional results over a 5-year follow-up. |
