| 摘 要： | 目的:观察加味小建中汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:采用加味小建中汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,并设立对照组(口服胃复春片)作比较观察。3个月为1个疗程,连续服用2个疗程。结果:加味小建中汤的临床疗效、主要症状疗效均优于胃复春(P0.05),治疗组治疗前后胃黏膜腺体萎缩、肠化生、不典型增生的改善均十分明显(P0.05)。结论:加味小建中汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the increase XiaoJianZhongTang the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods：XiaoJianZhongTang of chronic atrophic gastritis,and the establishment of the control group（oral WeiFuChun tablets）compared to observation.3 months as a course of treatment,taking two consecutive courses.Results：XiaoJianZhong Tang the clinical efficacy,effect of the main symptoms are better than WeiFuChun（P〈0.05）,and the treatment group before and after gastric glandular atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,atypical hyperplasia are very obvious improvement（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The XiaoJianZhongTang chronic atrophic gastritis significantly. |
