| 摘 要： | 目的对脂溢性脱发病中医各证型患者的情绪状态进行评估。方法运用相关分析手段，对各中医证候的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）标准分与证候加权积分进行分析，2组间相关性采用相关系数，表示。结果脾胃湿热证、血热风燥证、肝肾不足证与SAS量表标准分相关无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；脾胃湿热证与SOS量表标准分相关无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；而血热风燥证、肝肾不足证与SOS量表标准分相关有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论脂溢性脱发病脾胃湿热证、血热风燥证患者具有一定的抑郁情绪。
