| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨本地区RhD(-)献血者RHD基因与C基因之间的相互影响。方法 :用常规血清学方法进行表型检测 ,用PCR SSP方法进行RHD基因和C基因分子生物学检测。结果 :RHD基因全存在表型为ccdee的为 0 ,D基因全缺失ccdee为 43 (5 3 8% ) ,CCdee为 0。结论 :RhD(-)献血者D基因的存在影响C基因的表达

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigat the relationship of RHD gene and C gene of the unraleted blood donors.Methods: Using the serological method to screen for Rh negative individuals from the donors.Then with PCR SSP method test RHD and C genes.Results: Of 80 RhD negative blood donors None of the donor of phonetype ccdee carried the intact genes.In the complete deletion RhD(-)genes donors.The nommbers of ccdee and Ccdee was 43(53.8%),and 0.Conclusion: The existence of RHD gene influence the phenotype express of gene C |
