中风回言胶囊治疗中风失语180例临床观察

目的：观察中风回言胶囊治疗中风失语的临床疗效.方法：将符合纳入标准的240例患者随机分为中风回言胶囊治疗组180例和华佗再造丸对照组60例,两组均以30d为1个疗程,每位患者均在治疗当天及1个疗程结束后按“汉语失语检查法”评分,根据评分结果比较两组治疗前后评分均值、疗效以及治疗组疗效与病变类型、年龄、性别、病程等的关系.结果：两组治疗后评分均值与治疗前比较均有显著性差异,但以治疗组最为明显;治疗组治愈率及有效率均明显优于对照组;治疗组的疗效与疾病性质、患者性别无明显关系,但与患者年龄大小、病程长短有关,年龄越小、病程越短则痊愈率越高.治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为71.67%,两组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）.结论：中风回言胶囊对脑出血或脑梗死后失语患者,均有确切疗效;且病程越短疗效越好,提示病情稳定后应及早应用.

Clinical Observation on Zhongfeng Huiyan Capsule in Treating 180 Cases of Apoplexy Aphasia

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of Zhongfeng Huiyan Capsule in treating apoplexy aphasia.Methods: 240 patients up to the standard were randomly divided into the treated group by Zhongfeng Huiyan Capsule(180 cases) and the controlled group(60 cases) by Huatuo Zaizao Pill.Thirty days were a course of treatment for two groups.Every patient was given a mark respectively on the first day and after a course of treatment according to Chinese Aphasia Examination.Then the average marks and therapeutic effectivess of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment and so was the relationship between the therapeutic effectiveness of the treated group and the pathologic type,patients' age and sex and course of disease.Results: As to the average marks,there was a remarkable difference before and after the treatment for the two groups,while it is much more evident for the treated group.The curative rate and the general effective rate of the treated group is obviously better than those of the controlled group.The therapeutic effectiveness of the treated group had no evident relationship with the nature of the disease and the patients' sex,but was related with the patients' age and course of disease.The younger of the patient and shorter course of disease,the higher curative rate.There was a remarkable difference(P<0.01) for the two groups' general effective rates(the treated group 93.33%,the controlled group 71.67%). Conclusion: Zhongfeng Huiyan Capsule has exact therapeutic effectiveness for the aphasia after the cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction.And the shorter course of disease,the better therapeutic effectiveness,which indicates that the capsule should be applied earlier after the symptoms of the disease are steady.
