急性缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉内溶栓及溶栓后康复治疗

２０例急性缺血性脑卒中患者接受颈动脉内溶栓治疗，并于溶栓前及溶栓后８、４８ｈ及２周进行疗效评价。结果 ２０例患者中１５你经脑血管造影及彩色多普勒超声扫描证实为血管完全性或部分开通，５例未开通。溶栓后患者神经病学缺损评分明显下降，１５例ＡＤＬ评分〉６１分。５例溶栓后ＡＤＬ≤６０分患者经过８周康复训练后，４例恢复良好。提示动物内溶栓 康复治疗可较好改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者的预后。

Intracarotid thrombolysis Followed Rehabilitation Treatment for the Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Twenty patients with acute ischemic stroke were subjected to the treatment of intracarotid thrombolysis and the therapeutic effects were evaluated before and 8 h, 48 h and 2 weeks after thrombolysis. The results showed that among the 20 cases. 15 had the complete or part opening of the vessels confirmed by cerebral angiography and color Doppler ultrasound and 5 had not. After thrombolysis, the scores of psychological defects for the patients were obviously decreased with ADL scores of 15 cases being >61. Of the 5 cases of the ADL scores being <60, 4 recovered better after 8-week rehabilitation training. It was suggested that intracarotic thrombolysis followed rehabilitation treatment could improve the prognosis of the patients with acute ischemic stroke well.
