| 摘 要： | 为矫正臂中小股痉挛性髋内旋畸形，对８例脑瘫髓内旋畸形患儿共１１髋采用Ｓｔｅｅｌ的手术方式 ，即将臂中小肌的止点由大转子前移至股骨近端的转子间线之下，使其功能由髋内旋转变髓外旋，从而改善步态，使下肢在行走时接近中立位或轻度外翻位。

| Abstract: | In order to correct the spastic internal rotation deformity, Steel operation was used in 8 children (11hips) of cerebral palsy. Gluteus medius and minimus insertion were transferred from greater trochanter anterior to inferior part of intertrochanter line. Thus. its function of internal rotation of hip was trans formed to external rotation.After average follow up of 5 years and 11 months. satisfactory results were obtained: excellent, 5 cases (7 hips);good, 3 cases (4 hips). Steel operation could correct internal rotation deformity of hip and preserve abduction function of gluteus medius and minimus. |
