颅脑损伤后运动障碍的早期康复

采用神经促进技术，感知觉功能训练，ＡＤＬ训练，心理疏导及传统中知等综合康复治疗方法对４６例颅脑损伤后运动障碍者进行早期治疗，并于治疗前、治疗中期及出出院时进行ＦＩＭ评分，结果 ８例运动功能完全恢复，２４例有轻微后遗症，１１例需辅助器行走，仅３例仍有重度瘫痪，其有效率９３．５％，治疗前后比较，差异有显著性。

Early Rehabilitation of Movement Disturbance after Craniocerebral Injury

Early treatment of movement disturbance in 46 patients with craniocerebral injury was performed using promoting nerve unobstruction technique, perceptive function training, ADL training, psychological adjustment and traditional Chinese treatment, etc. The results demonstrated that the movement function in 8 cases were completely recovered, slight sequelae found in 24 cases,and assistive device for ambulation required in 11 cases and serious paraplegia cccurred in 3 cases only. It was indicated that early rehabilitation treatment could prevent and treat the movement disturbance and complications after craniocerebral injury.
