| 摘 要： | 目的 了解食管上括约肌的形态特点及其在不同年龄组中的差异，为临床诊治该区域疾病提供形态学依据。方法 通过对63例不同年龄组成人尸体标本食管上括约肌的解剖观察与测量，进行统计学分析。结果 咽食管段内腔可以分为平滑型和紧缩型两种形态，且内腔宽度在不同年龄组之间比较差异有显著性。结论 咽食管段内腔形态和宽度变化可能与年龄有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the architecture and the change among different age groups of upper esophageal sphincter and the mechanism of the diseases in reiation to upper esophageal sphincter. Methods The morphology of upper esophageal sphincter in sixty-three normal adult cadavers was observed, and undertook the statistical analysis. Results There were two shapes in the lumen of pharyngoesophagus. One was smooth, the other was striction. There was distinguished difference among different age groups on the width of lumen of pharyngoesophagus. Conclusion The shape and the width of lumen of pharyngoesophagus are closely related to age. |
