离心静脉输液穿刺在门诊患者中的应用

目的 探讨离心静脉输液在门诊中的应用效果。方法 将80例患者随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组采用离心穿刺静脉输液法。对照组按常规采用向心方向穿刺静脉输液法．观察静脉输液1分钟内患者手指的活动情况、液体渗漏发生率及最大流速或最小液体流速时两组患者输入液体的滴数。结果 离心穿刺法对手的活动无影响，而顺向穿刺法对手的活动均有影响，两者比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01），逆向穿刺法液体渗漏发生率为8．0％，顺向穿刺法液体渗漏发生率为16．7％，两者比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），两种穿刺方法的液体流速无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论 离心穿刺是一种有效的、可行的静脉穿刺方法。

The Application of Intravenous Transfusion with the Direction away from the heart in Out-patient Clinic

Objectives The aim of the study was to explore the clinical effect of intravenous transfusion with the direction away from the heart in out-patient clinic(OPD). Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the patients in the observation group underwent intravenous transfusion with the direction away from the heart in , and the patients in the control group underwent intravenous transfusion with the direction to the heart, to observe the activity of fingers , the incidence rate of liquid leakage and the the drop number of maximum and minimum liquid flowing velocity within 1 minute after successfully venipuncture. Result The method of intravenous transfusion with the direction away from the heart do not influence the activity of fingers, and the method of intravenous transfusion with the direction to the heart influence the activity of fingers , there are significant difference between the two group, the incidence rate of liquid leakage was 8% in observation group and 16.7% in control group(P<0.01), there are not significant difference between the two group in the drop number of maximum and minimum liquid flowing velocity(P>0.05).Conclusions The method of intravenous transfusion with the direction away from the heart is one kind of effective and feasible method
