医用油脂类敷料热压灭菌效果及原理探讨

摘    要:目的:考察凡士林纱布蒸汽穿透试验及测定不同含水量菌材在医用油脂中热抗力变化,探讨医用油脂类敷料热压灭菌效果及其原理。方法:①制备缝有亚甲蓝染色纱线的凡士林纱布,分别经热压灭菌、干热灭茵处理,观察染料晕染现象;②制得无水菌材-凡士林毛细管、含水菌材-凡士林毛细管、无水茵材.液体石蜡毛细管、含水菌材·液体石蜡毛细管,经121℃暴热处理后作残存菌培养.绘制暴热时间与残存菌对数值线性关系图。结果:①仅热压灭菌处理的凡士林纱布,亚甲蓝染料出现了晕染现象;②无水菌材组杀灭曲线平缓,菌体在该介质环境中有较强的热抗力;含水菌材组曲线陡峭,茵体热抗力大为下降。结论:蒸汽能在一定程度上穿透油脂类敷料,实现热压灭菌效果,作用强于同等条件下的干热灭菌。

Abstract:Objective: To study mechanism of disinfection microorganism by heat pressure sterilization of medical greases by petrolatum gauze steam breakthrough experiment and variation determination of heat resistance in medical greases of different water-content fungus. Method : ①petrolatum gauze was made by gauze which was sewed methyhhionine chloride dyeing cotton thread and dyes staining phenomenon was ovserved after heat pressure sterilization and dry heat sterilization;② Prepared anhydrous funfus-petrolatum capil- lary, water-content fungus-petrolatum capillary, anhydrous fungus-liquid paraffin capillary and, water-content fungus-liquid paraffin capillary were remnant microorganism cultured after dealing with sudden heat treatment at 121 ℃ and linear correlation graph of sudden heat time with remnant microorganism logarithm value was made. Result: ① Methyhhionine chloride dyes of petrolatum gauze was appeared dyes staining phenomenon after heat pressure sterilization treatment ; ② Curve of anhydrous funfus was fiat, which showed that it had stronger heat resistance; curve of water-content fungus was steep, which showed that it had weaker heat resistance. Conclusion: Steam can penetrate greases dressing to extent with heat pressure sterilization effect the same as dry heat sterilization.
