摘    要:目的:优选柿蒂中鞣质类成分的提取工艺。方法:运用正交设计方案,采用磷钼钨酸-干酪素比色法,以没食子酸为对照考察了各种提取因素对提取率的影响,优化冷浸法和回流法的工艺条件。结果:两种提取方法中,回流提取效果较冷浸提取好。最佳提取工艺条件是溶剂为70%的丙酮,料液比为1:15,回流时间1.5h,回流温度40℃。柿蒂鞣质含量约为2.04%。结论:优化出的最佳提取工艺条件是合理的,鞣质成分提取率高。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the technology of extraction of tannin in Persimmon Calyx. Method : The orthogonal design was performed, a modified tungsten molybdophosphate-casein colorimetric method was used with gallic acid as reference substance to test the main factors, the extracting conditions of cold soaking and refluxing extraction was optimized. Result: Compared with the cold soaking method, refluxing extration was more reliable with higher extratcting ratio. The optimum extraction process conditions were as follows : adding 70% acetone, refluxing 1.5 hours at 40 ℃. The total tannin contained in the Persimmon Calyx was about 2. 04%. Conclusion: The optimum conditions of extraction process were reliable and the extration ratio of tannin was high.
