HPLC-ELSD测定金贝痰咳清颗粒中贝母素甲和贝母素乙的含量

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定金贝痰咳清颗粒中贝母素甲和贝母素乙的含量。方法：流动相：乙腈-水-二乙胺（63∶37∶0.03）,流速为1.0mL·min-1色谱柱为TURNER Kromasil 100A C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;SEDEX-75蒸发光散射检测器：漂移管温度40℃,载气压力3.5MPa。结果：贝母素甲、贝母素乙线性范围分别为0.682～10.23μg,0.726～10.89μg,平均回收率分别为96.6%,96.9%;RSD分别为6.0%,6.3%（n=6）。结论：方法简便、快速、准确,为提高和完善该制剂的质量标准提供了依据。

Determination of Verticine and Verticinone in Jinbeitankeqing Granule by HPLC-ELSD

Objective：To establish a method for determination of verticine and verticinone in Jinbeitankeqing Granule. Method： The analysis was performed on kromonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm 5 μm） column. Mobile phase： acetonitrile-water-diethylamine（63∶37∶0.03） at the flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, the temperature for the detector drift tube was set at 40 ℃ and the nitrogen pressure was at 3.5 MPa. Results： The calibration curves for verticine and verticinone were linear over the range of 0.682～10.23,0.726～10.89 μg,respectively. The recoveries were 96.6% and 96.9%,with RSD 6.0% and 6.3%（n=6）, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. The method provides a basis in order to enhance and improve the quality of the preparation of standards.
