摘    要:目的研究心理干预对住院患者不良情绪的影响。方法在某部医院随机抽取101名住院患者进行情绪量表的心理测评,并将其分为干预组和对照组;对干预组的被试采用集体授课、团体辅导、自助手册和团体训练等手段进行心理干预,对照组不采取任何心理治疗手段。结果干预前2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但2组情绪分值均显著高于全国常模水平(P<0.01)。干预后2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预组的分值恢复到常模水平,而对照组仍高于全国常模水平。结论患者的心理干预,化解了住院患者的不良情绪,提示心理干预的必要性和有效性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on patients' poor emotion. Methods A total of 101 patients were selected randomly from a certain hospital and divided into an intervention group and a control group. The patients in the intervention group received the interventions of psychology including psychological lecture, group training, self help handbook, communication training and so on. The patients in the control group did not receive any intervention. Results There was no difference between two groups(P 〉 0.05) before the intervention but the means of emotion scores in both groups were higher than that of Chinese Normal (P 〈 0.01). After the intervention, there was a significant difference between two groups(P〈 0.01 ), and the mean score of the intervention group returned the level of the Normal, but the score of the control group still remained. Conclusions Through psychological intervention, the patients' emotion problems are solved well. So the psychological intervention is necessary and valid.
