摘    要:目的 通过对伴有高脂蛋白血症的缺血性中风病人患者的血液流变学特性、止血功能的改变的研究,了解高脂蛋白血症对血液流变学特性和止血功能的影响,为预防和治疗缺血性中风病人提供临床依据.方法 检测患有缺血性中风病人的血浆胆固醇和甘油三酯正常的和高胆固醇或高甘油三酯病人的血液流变学指标和凝血状态指标.结果 伴有高胆固醇或高甘油三酯的缺血性中风患者的血液流变学指标大部分都异常增高,这些指标包括全血和还原黏度,红细胞聚集和变形能力等.凝血功能呈明显活跃状态,D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原浓度明显升高.结论 高胆固醇或高甘油三酯能对血液流变学特性产生显著的影响,同时影响到凝血状态.因此,对高脂血症患者进行定期的血液流变学和凝血状态监测对缺血性中风的预防、治疗和预后具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective To study the hemorheological parameter and hemostatic function in these cases of ischemic stroke with high plasma cholesterin and triglyceride concentration to investigate the role of cholesterin and triglyceride in the phisiology and pathology of ischemic stroke and hemostatic function and provide the clinical basis for prevention and treatment ischemic stroke. Methods Detecting the hemorheological parameteres and plasma D-Dimer and fibrinogen concentration. Results The most of hemorheologicai parameteres,including blood viscosity, red cell aggregation ability,red cell deformability, plasma viscosity in cases of ischemic stroke with high cholesterin and triglyceride concentration were significantly higher than those with normal cholesterin and triglyceride concentration.The hemostatic function showed same trend.It suggested that the hemostatic function in cases of ischemic stroke with high cholesterin and triglyceride concentration presented more active than those with cholesterin and triglyceride concentration,but there was no difference between these groups with high cholesterin and triglyceride. Conclusions Because the high cholesterin and triglyceride concentration could significantly affect hemorheologcal parameteres and hemostatic function,thus detection of these index of cases with high cholesterin and triglyceride concentration might be very important to them and provide useful inspection index for prevention and treatment ischemic stroke.
