裸花紫珠总黄酮中槲皮素、木犀草素和阿亚黄素含量测定

目的：建立裸花紫珠总黄酮中木犀草素、槲皮素和阿亚黄素的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱：DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（68：32：0．8）为流动相A；以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（100：2：0．8）为流动相B，线性梯度洗脱；流速：1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为356nm。结果：木犀草素、槲皮素和阿亚黄素分别在19．2～96．0、22．3～111．6和24．8～124．0 μg·ml^-1的范围内线性关系良好（r=1．0000）；回收率分别为98．5％，98．8％和98．0％。结论：本方法简便，快捷，准确，可用于裸花紫珠总黄酮中木犀草素、槲皮素和阿亚黄素的含量测定。

Determination of Quercetin,Luteonin and Ayanin in Total Flavonoids of C.nudiflora

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin,luteonin and ayanin in total flavonoids of C. nudiflora. Method： A DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18 （ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） column was used under the condition of gradient elution with mobile A ： methanol-water-acetic acid （ 68： 32： 0. 8 ） and mobile B ： methanol-water-acetic acid （ I00： 2： 0. 8 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml.min^-1 , the detection wavelength was set at 356 nm. Result： Three components had a good linear relationship in the concentration of 19. 2-96. 0,22. 3-111.6 and 24. 80-124.0 μg.ml^-1 （r = 1. 0000） and the recoveries were 98. 5% ,98. 8% and 98. 0% respectively. Conclusion ： The method is simple, quick, accurate and suitable for determination of quercetin, luteonin and ayanin in total flavonoids of C. nudiflora.
