HPLC法测定正骨1号片中三七皂苷R1，人参皂苷Rg1及Rb1的含量

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定正骨1号片中三七皂苷R1，人参皂苷Rg1及Rb1的含量。方法：色谱柱为Agilent E—clipse XDB C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），使用梯度洗脱系统，流动相为乙腈一水；流速为1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长为203nm。结果：三七皂苷R1在0．62～12．33μg（r=1．0000）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．15％，RSD=1．72％（n=6）；人参皂苷Rg1在0．51—10．20μg（r=0．9999）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．18％，RSD=1．16％（n=6）；人参皂苷Rb1在0．52～10．31μg（r=1．0000）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为97．66％，RSD=1．00％（n=6）。结论：本方法准确，专属性强，重复性好，可用于正骨1号片的质量控制。

Determination of Notoginsenoside R1,Ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Zhenggu Yihao Tablets by HPLC

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination the contents of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in zhenggu yihao tablets. Method： The Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 （250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm） was used,and the mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water with gradient elution system, the flow rate was 1.0 ml. min^-1 and the detection wavelength 203 nm. Result： The liner range of notoginsenoside R1 was 0. 62-12. 33 μg （r = 1. 000 0） and the average recovery was 98. 15% ,RSD = 1.72% （n =6） ;The liner range of ginsenoside Rg1 was 0. 51-10. 20 g （r = 0. 999 9 ） and the average recovery was 98.18%, RSD = 1.16% （n = 6 ） ;The liner rang of ginsenoside Rb1 was 0. 52-10. 31 μg （r = 1. 000 0） and the average recovery was 97.66% , RSD = 1.00% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is accurate, selective and reproducible, which can be used to control the quality of zhenggu yihao tablets.
