抗复感颗粒对脾虚小鼠抗应激和急性毒性实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究抗复感颗粒对脾气虚症小鼠抗应激反应的能力和急性毒性。方法:给小鼠皮下注射利血平制成脾虚模型,灌胃给予复感颗粒(12.14,9.10,6.83g生药/kg),观察抗复感颗粒对脾虚小鼠体重、体温、带负荷游泳时间、耐低温能力的影响;观察抗复感颗粒对小鼠经灌胃给药的急性毒性。结果:抗复感颗粒能显著提高脾虚小鼠的体温和体重,能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间及提高耐寒能力(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);小鼠灌服抗复感颗粒的急性毒性实验未观察到明显毒性反应,最大给药量为267.48g生药/kg。结论:抗复感粒颗可改善脾虚小鼠的体温和体重,具有抗疲劳、耐寒作用,可增加小鼠抗应激反应的能力,且具有良好的安全性。

Abstract:Objective : To study the effect of kangfugan granules (GFGG) on anti-stress response of mice with spleen deficiency syndrome (SDS) and acute toxicity in mice. Method: The experimental model of mice with SDS was induced by reserpine. Then the mice were treated with three dosages of GFGG ( 12. 14,9. 10,6. 83 g·kg^-1 ), respectively. The swimming time was observed with loaded swimming and the survival time was observed with low temperature. Result: The time of loaded swimming was extended and ability of cold resistance was improved by GFGG,obvious toxic reaction was not observed and the maximum tolerant dose was 267.48 g-kg-1 for mice in acute toxicity experiment. Conclusion: GFGG has obvious effects of anti-fatigue and low- temperature-resistance,increased the ability of stress response in mice, and it is favorable safe.
