| 摘 要： | 目的：建立RP-HPLC测定养生丸中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：Supelco ODS C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-甲醇-0．2％磷酸（7：8：85）；柱温：25℃；流速：1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长230nm。结果：阿魏酸、芍药苷与其他组分在40min内完全分离，阴性无干扰。芍药苷浓度在0．96～48．00μg·ml^-1间线性关系良好，r=0．9996，平均回收率为98．02％（RSD=2．31％）；阿魏酸浓度在0．85～42．44μg·ml^-1间线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为96．37％（RSD=2．05％）。结论：本法操作简便，结果准确可靠，适用于养生丸中阿魏酸和芍药苷的同时测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in yangsheng pills. Method： The Supelco ODS C ls column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5 μm）was used. The mobile phase was Acetonitrile-Methanol-0. 2% phosphoric acid （7： 8：85 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml-min l, and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Result： The linear range for paeoniflorin and ferulic acid were 0.96-48.00 μg·ml^-2 （r =0. 999 6） and 0. 85-42.44 μg·ml^-1 （r=0. 999 9） respectively. The average recovery was 98. 02% （RSD=2. 31% ） for paeoni/lorin and 96. 37% （RSD =2. 05% ） for ferulic acid. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, and suitable to be used in the determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in yangsheng pills. |
