HPLC法测定复方地巴唑氢氯噻嗪胶囊中硫酸胍生、磷酸氯喹、维生素B1和维生素B6的含量

目的：建立HPLC法测定复方地巴唑氢氯噻嗪胶囊1]中硫酸胍生2]、磷酸氯喹3]、维生素B14]和维生素B65]的含量。方法：色谱柱为Welch Materials C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为己烷磺酸钠溶液（取己烷磺酸钠1.35g,加水适量溶解,加冰醋酸10mL,并加水至1000mL,用三乙胺调节pH至3.5）-甲醇-乙腈（55∶24∶21）,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为275nm,柱温为40℃。结果：硫酸胍生在40～200mg·L-1（r=1.000）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.3%（n=9,RSD为0.4%）;磷酸氯喹在80～400mg·L-1（r=1.000）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.7%（n=9）,RSD为0.6%;维生素B1在32～160mg·L-1（r=0.9999）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.3%（n=9,RSD为0.7%）;维生素B6在32～160mg·L-1（r=1.0000）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.3%（n=9）,RSD为0.6%。结论：该方法简便、准确、快速,可同时测定四组分的含量。

Determination of Guanoxan Sulfate, Chloroquine Phosphate Hydrochloride, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in Compound Dibazol and Hydrochlorothiazide Capsules by HPLC

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of Guanoxan Sulfate ,Chloroquine Phosphate, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in Compound Dibazol and Hydrochlorothiazide Capsules. Methods： The analytical column was Welch Materials C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）and the mobile phase was Sodium Hexanesulfonate solution-methanol-acetonitrile（55∶24∶21） with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was at 275 nm. Results： The linearity of Guanoxan Sulfate was within the range of 40～200 mg·L-1 （r=1.000）, the mean recovery was 99.3% （n=9）, RSD=0.4%. The linearity of Chloroquine Phosphate was within the range of 80～400 mg·L-1（r=1.000）, the mean recovery was 98.7% （n=9）, RSD=0.6%;The linearity of Vitamin B1 was within the range of 32～160 mg·L-1（r=0.999 9）, the mean recovery was 100.3% （n=9）, RSD=0.7%;The linearity of Vitamin B6 was within the range of 32～160 mg·L-1 （r=1.000）,the mean recovery was 100.3% （n=9）, RSD=0.6%; Conclusion： The method is simple and rapid for determination of the four components in this drug.
