邻面去釉应用于牙周病错[牙合]形正畸治疗临床效果评价

目的探讨邻面去釉应用于牙周病错牙合]畸形正畸治疗中的临床效果,以及对其矫治术后稳定性的影响分析。方法选择本院牙周病错牙合]畸形患者16例,随机分为试验组（邻面去釉处理组）8例,患者完成牙周基础治疗和正畸临床治疗后应用邻面去釉法处理相邻牙龈外展隙处存留的三角间隙;对照组（未做任何处理组）8例,患者完成治疗后对三角间隙未做任何处理。治疗结束2周后对经2组三角间隙的改善程度、上颌中切牙根尖到牙槽脊顶槽高度的变化,观察其临床效果。结果试验组三角间隙得到明显改善;2组组间及组内牙槽骨高度的变化均无统计学差异。结论邻面去釉是改善牙周病错牙合]畸形患者三角间隙的有效处理方法,对其矫治及保持未产生不利影响。

Clinical evaluation of orthodontic treatment with interproximal stripping for periodontal disease and malocclusion

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of interproximal stripping orthodontic treating malocclusion with periodontal disease.Methods Totally 16 cases of malocclusion with periodontal disease receiving treatment were chosen and divided into two groups： an experimental group（interproximal stripping treatment group） of 8 cases;a control group（without treatment group） of 8 cases.The results including the triangular space and the height between the root apex of maxillary central incisors and the top of alveolar ridge were statistically analyzed 2 weeks post-operation. Results There were no statistical differences among the samples of the same group and between the two groups.Conclusions Proper interproximal stripping can improve the triangular space of the malocclusion patients with periodontal disease and will not necessarily exert adverse effects on the treatment and retention.
