不同厂家复方丹参片的体外溶出度比较

目的：比较3个厂家复方丹参片的溶出度，考察其质量。方法：采用浆法进行体外溶出度试验。以高效液相色谱测定丹酚酸B的含量，计算其累计溶出百分率，并以威布尔方程拟合溶出参数，用方差分析进行统计学处理。结果：3个厂家复方丹参片的溶出度差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：不同药厂复方丹参片的质量存在差异，临床用药时应加以注意。

Comparison of Dissolution of Compound Danshen Tablets from Different Pharmaceutical Companies in vitro

Objective： To compare the dissolution rates in vitro of compound danshen tablets from three companies. Method： The dissolution test was carried out with paddle method and the content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC. The accumulation dissolution percent was calculated and Weibull formula was used to fit the dissolution parameters. The difference among different groups was statistically evaluated by variance analysis. Result： There was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in the dissolution parameters of the compound danshen tablets from three companies. Conclusion： There are significant differences among the quality of the compound danshen tablets from different pharmaceutical factories which should be given attention in clinical application.
