HPLC法测定木蝴蝶提取物中木蝴蝶苷A的含量

目的：建立木蝴蝶提取物中木蝴蝶苷A的HPLC测定方法。方法：色谱柱：DIONEX—ACCLAIM．120 C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇（A）-0．02％磷酸水溶液（B）；流速：0．5ml·min^-1；柱温：35℃；检测波长：280nm.结果：木蝴蝶提取物的线性范围为1．005～6．030μg，r=0．9999。平均加样回收率为95．30％，RSD为0．59％（n=6）。结论：该方法准确，重复性好．专属性高，适用于木蝴蝶提取物的质量控制。

Determination of Oroxin A in Extract of Oroxylum Indicum by HPLC

Objective： To establish the method for determining the oroxin A in extract of Oroxylum indicum by HPLC. Method： The DIONEX-ACCLAIM. 120 C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm）was used, the mobile phase was composed of methyl cyanide and PBS with gradient elution;the flow rate was 0. 5 ml.min^-1 ;the column temperature was 35 ℃ ;the detective wavelength was 280 nm. Result： The linear ranges of oroxin A was 1. 005-6. 030 μg, r = 0. 999 9. The average recoveries of oroxin A was 95.30% ; RSD was 0. 59% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is accurate, reproducible and highly selective, thus suitable for quality control of the extract of Oroxylum indicum.
