HPLC法测定珠子肝泰胶囊中没食子酸的含量

目的：建立珠子肝泰胶囊中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定没食子酸的含量。色谱柱为Scienhome-Kromasll ODS-C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（11∶89）,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长270nm,进样量为20μL,外标法计算含量。结果：没食子酸回归方程为y=6156580.5x＋25035.5,线性范围为0.40～2.00μg（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为98.98%。RSD为1.48%（n=6）。结论：本测定法简便、准确、重复性好,可为标准的修订提供可行的依据。

Determination of Gallic Acid in Zhuzigantai Capsule by HPLC

Objective：To establish the determination method for gallic acid in Zhuzigantai Capsules.Methods： HPLC determination of gallic acid content. Column for Scienhome-Kromasil ODS-C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） ; mobile phase： methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid （11∶89）;flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1;column temperature： 25 ℃; detection wavelength： 270 nm; Sample volume：20 μL; external standard method to calculate the content.Results： gallic acid as a regression equation y=6 156 580.5x＋25 035.5, the linear range of 0.40 ~2.00 μg, r=0.999 8, average recovery rate was 98.98%. RSD was 1.48% （n=6）. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be amended as the standard of providing a viable basis.
