| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨平均血小板体积（MPV）、大血小板比率（P-LCR）及D二聚体（DD）对诊断腑梗死的临床意义.方法 以脑梗死患者60例为实验组,测定其全血MPV、P-LCR和血浆DD,并与54名正常对照组进行比较分析,结果脑梗死患者MPV,P-LCR显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）;血浆DD含量明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 测定MPV、P-LCR及DD对于脑梗死的诊断和病情判断均有重要的指导意义,尤其是MPV和P-LCR更显著、更敏感.

| Abstract: | Objective Application value of mean platelet volume（MPV）,percentage of large platelets（P- LCR） and D dimer（DD） in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction as the experimental group,measured in whole blood MPV, P-LCR and plasma DD,and with 54 normal controls were analyzed. Results MPV, P-LCR were significantly higher in experimental group than in control groups（P〈0.01）;Plasma DD were significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The determination of MPV, P-LCR and DD conditions for cerebral infarction has important guiding significance to diagnose and judge disease condition,especially in MPV and P-LCR more significantly, more sensitive. |
