骨科手术患者抗菌药相关性腹泻的调查分析

目的：探讨骨科手术患者抗菌药相关性腹泻发生情况及相关影响因素，为临床合理用药，减少和避免不良反应提供参考。方法：调取某院2009年7～12月骨科手术患者信息，按照入排标准进行调查分析。结果：1690例有抗菌药使用史骨科手术患者，其中103例患者发生抗菌药相关性腹泻，发生率为6．09％。抗菌药相关性腹泻的发生与抗菌药种类、抗菌药联用、用药疗程、患者年龄、住院天数、侵袭性操作等因素有关。结论：规范抗菌药的应用、同时服用微生态制剂是预防控制抗菌药相关性腹泻的关键措施。

Study on Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea of Patients Undergoing Orthopedic Surgery

Objective： To investigate the incidence of antibiotic associated diarrhea of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery and related factors so as to provide references for rational drug use in the clinic. Method ： The information of patients of some hospital for orthopedic surgery from July to December 2009 was extracted, and then it was evaluated in accordance to procedure. Result： The 1 690 eases of patients who had used antihiotics, including 103 eases of patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea were included and the incidence rate was 6. 09%. The occurrence of antibiotic associated diarrhea was associated with types of antibiotics, combined with antibiotics, long time use of antibiotics, patient age, length of stay, invasive proeedures and other factors. Conelusion： The key measures of preventing and controlling antibiotic associated diarrhea are proper use of antibiotics, adding probiotics while use of antibiotics.
