新生儿胆囊的神经支配

摘    要:采用儿茶酚胺荧光和胆碱酯酶组化、髓鞘染色、镀银等技术,对41例新生儿胆囊的神经支配进行了系统地观察。胆囊壁有丰富的胆碱能、肾上腺素能神经分布。在该组织中未见肾上腺素能节后神经元,但可见副交感节后神经元,后者属DogielⅠ型和Dogiel Ⅱ型神经细胞。大小不等的AChE阳性神经节、神经节丛位于外膜、肌层。在外膜血管附近还发现ButhE阳性小神经节、小神经节群。ButhE阳性神经纤维布于粘膜下及血管壁,并在血管附近形成小丛。

Abstract:Innervation of the gall bladder of 41 human neonates were studied with various techniques including catecholamine fluorescence, cholinesterase hi- stochemistry, Marchi osmic acid staining and Cajal-Foworsky silver impre- gnation. Both adrenergic and cholinergic nerves were found rich in prepara- tion observed. AChE-positive ganglia of various size and ganglionated plexuses were found in the serous membrane and the layer of smooth muscle of the gall bladder, Neurons in these parasympathetic ganglia could be classified into two groups: Dogiel Type 1 and 2. But interestingly, isolated and aggregated BathE-positive ganglia were also detected near the blood vessels in serous membrane. The fibers from the ButhE-containing neurons innervated the wall of blood vessels and submucous tissue. They also formed a mesh- like small paravascular plexus.
