某山村农民心理健康状况调查

目的了解贫困山村农民心理健康状况，为有针对性地开展心理健康促进工作提供依据。方法采取症状自评量表（SCL-90）对某山村293名农民进行测评。结果被调查农民在抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性方面因子得分均高于国内常模，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；女性农民各因子分均高于男性，其中人际关系、抑郁、焦虑方面因子分明显高于男性，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；农民SCL-90各因子分随着年龄、工龄的增长而有所增加。结论该次调查的山村农民存在一定的心理问题。

Survey on Mental Health of Peasants in A Mountain Village

Objective] To understand the mental health status of peasants in poor mountain village, and provide evidence for targeted mental health promotion. Methods ] A total of 293 peasants, in a certain mountain village, were tested by the symptom checklist 90 （ SCL-90 ）. Results ] The investigated peasants＇ scores of factors of suppressing, worry anxiously, antagonism, terror, stubbornly biased, mental illness were all higher than domestic norm, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the factor scores of female were all higher than that of male, among which scores of interpersonal relations, depression, anxiety were extremely high in fe- male, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Factor scores of SCL-90 in peasants increased along with the age and length of service. Conclusion] Mental problems exist in peasants who involved in this investigation.
