摘    要:在电镜下观察了胃癌组织内基板和成纤维细胞的变化。从胃癌细胞周围基板的改变看来,成纤维细胞合成并分泌原胶原,而粘多糖则由成纤维细胞或胃癌细胞产生,两种成分在癌细胞周围聚合成基板。基板的形成过程如下:最初,一小段基板出现在癌细胞一侧。以后 几小段基板连接形成完整的基板,围绕在癌细胞团周围。基板形成后,仍然可被癌细胞分解破坏。基板可能只是连系癌细胞和间质的一种结构,而不具有限制癌细胞浸润的作用。在胃癌组织中,成纤维细胞增生,胶原生成明显。


THE ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC CHANGES OF BASAL LAMINA AND FIBROBLASTS AROUND GASTRIC CARCINOMA CELLS
Abstract:The Ultrastructural changes of basal lamina and fibro-blasts in twenty cases of gastric carcinoma were examined. From electron microscopic observations, it is suggested that fibroblasts synthesized and secreted tropoco-llagen, while mucopolysaccharide was produced by fibroblasts and/or carcinoma cells.These two substances combined together to form basal lamina along the plasma membrane of tumor cells. The process of basal lamina production is reported. At first,a short segment of basallamina was formed. Later,several segments joined each other forming a complete,intact basal lamina around carcinoma cells. Once formed,it could be destroyed by cytoplasmic processes of cancer cells. Since the basal lamina is usually present around carcinoma cell nests,it may be merely a structure Unking tumor cells and the stroma and seems unlike to be a barrier for limiting the infiltration of gastric carcinoma cells. In gastric carcinoma,fibroblasts actively synthesized collagen fibrils.
