| 摘 要： | 目的了解补硒对小鼠肿瘤免疫的影响。方法通过对小鼠灌胃补Na2SeO3观察荷瘤（S180）小鼠体内肿瘤生长情况及免疫功能改善情况。结果补硒后能明显地抑制荷瘤肉瘤在小鼠体内的生长;对小鼠脾淋巴细胞特异性增殖有明显改善作用（P值〈0.05）。结论硒能提高机体免疫功能,增强机体抗肿瘤作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the effects of supplement of selenium on tumor immunity in mouse.Methods The tumor growth and improvement of immune function in S180-bearing mouse were observed through perfusing Na2SeO3 into mouse's stomach .Results Na2SeO3 can obviously inhibit the S180 tumor growth in mouse, strengthen the specific proliferation of spleen lymphocytes ( P< 0.05 ).Conclu-sions The study demonstrates that selenium can improve immune function and strengthen body's anticarcinogenic function. |
