| 摘 要： | 对169例HBsAg阳性原发性肝癌病人的血清做抗-HD检测(ELISA法),结果抗-HD阳性者33例(19.5%),91例HBsAg阴性原发性肝癌病人血清均无抗-HD阳性,98例HBsAg阳性的非肝癌肝病患者的血清抗-HD阳性9例(9.1%),故HDV感染在HBsAg阳性肝癌病人比HBsAg阳性的非肝癌病人要高,(X~2=5.006 P<0.05)

| Abstract: | Anti-HD antibody was tested in one hundred and sixty-nine primary liver cancer(PLC)associated with HBsAg positive patients and ninety one PLC associated with HBsAg negative ones Anti-HD in serum was found in thirty-three of the former(19.5%)but no anyone was found in the latter.Nine of the ninety-eight patients with HBsAg positive cases were anti-HD positive(8.1%).So,HDV infection was higher in patients with HBsAg positive PLC than HBsAg positive cases without PLC.These results suggested that there were some relation between PLC and HDV infection. This is first report in China. |
