| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨螺旋CT三维成像技术对髋臼骨折和髋关节脱位的临床应用价值。方法:用螺旋CT对37例髋臼骨折患者行薄层(2～3mm)螺旋扫描。利用工作站软件进行三维重建。结果:螺旋CT三维重建能立体、多角度准确显示髋臼骨折和髋关节脱位的部位、类型、程度,对于外科制定治疗计划有重要的指导作用。结论:螺旋CT三维重建对髋臼骨折和髋关节脱位的诊断具有重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical application of three dimensional reconstruction with spiral CT for acetabular fractures and dislocation of hips. Methods:37 cases were examed with thin slice(2 - 3mm) spiral CT, and three dimensional reconstruction was completed through workstation software function. Results: Spiral CT three dimensional reconstruction could solid and more angle correctly show the location, type, severity of acetabular fractures and dislocation of hips, it was an important guidance in making appropriate surgical treatment. Conclusion: Spiral CT three dimensional reconstruction was very useful in the diagnosis of acetabular fractures and dislocation of hips. |
