| Abstract: | In accordance with the stipulations of the Administrative Procedure Law, this article discusses cases of drug affairs in our country, relationship between drug affairs proceedings and reconsideration, litigant participants, and limits of jurisdiction over cases. It expounds the litigation rights and obligations of the defendant, and the main manifestations of the illegal acts during drug management. |
