| 摘 要： | 急性脑梗死患者124例,随机分为脉络宁组63例(男性45,女性18;年龄57±10a)和曲克芦丁组61例(男性47,女性14;年龄59±9a)。脉络宁20mL/次,曲克芦丁1.0g/次,均加入5％葡萄糖液500mL静滴,qd,14d为一个疗程。用药前2组临床症状、头颅CT改变差别不显著。结果总有效率脉络宁组97％,优于曲克芦丁组85％(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | One hundred twenty-four patients of acute cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups at random. Mai-luo-ning group including 63 patients (M 45, F 18; age 57± 10a) received Mai-luo-ning 20 mL in 5% glucose 500 mL, iv gtt, qd, 14 d as a course of treatment. The other 61 patients (M 47, F 14; age 59 ±?9a) received troxerutin 1. Og in 5% glucose 500 mL, iv gtt, qd, 14 d as a course as control. Before treatment, clinical condition and CT scan of both groups showed no significant .difference. Results showed that the total response rate in the former group (97%) was better than that of the control group (85%) (P<0. 01). |
