急性脑血管病患者血液流变学分析

目的：探讨血液流变学异常变化与急性脑血管病的关系。方法：对57例脑血栓形成患者、45例脑出血患者和50例正常对照者测定血液流变学指标并作相关分析。结果：脑血栓形成组和脑出血组血液流变学指标均显著高于正常对照组，同进脑血栓形成组亦高于脑出血组。结论：急性脑血管病患者广泛存在着血液流变学异常，血液流变学异常是急性脑血管的重要危险因素。

Analysis of Hemorheology in Patients with Acute Cerebrovascular Diseases

Objective To study the relationship between the abnormal variations of hemorheology and acute cerebrovascular diseases. Methods We measured and studied the parameters of hemorheology in 57 patients with cerebral thrombosis, 45 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 50 healthy controls. Results The parameters of hemorheology in the cerebral thrombosis groups and cerebral hemorrhage groups were significantly higher than those of the healthy controls ,And the parameters of hemorheology in the cerebral thrombosis groups were higher than those in the cerebral hemorrhage groups. Conclusion The abnormal variations of hemorheology existed widely in the patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases and were the important dangerous factors which led to acute cere brovascular diseases.
