摘    要:目的 研究血管内皮生长因子对大鼠脊髓缺血的修复作用.方法 建立大鼠脊髓缺血模型,经蛛网膜下腔插管注射VEGF,通过展爪反射,趾间距,脊髓诱发电位(SEP),运动诱发电位(MEP)评定,观察修复情况.结果 VEGF可使伤后SEP、MEP提早出现,改善后肢运动功能.结论 VEGF对大鼠脊髓缺血修复具有促进作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of VEGF particulates released slowly restore the spinal cord ischemic of the rats. Methods The mode of the spinal cord ischemic of the rats was founded. The VEGF particulates released slowly were injected through the below antrum of arechnoid. The rehabilitation was observed by the unfold claw reflect, the place between toes, the SEP and the MEP. Results The SEP and the MEP of the spinal cord ischemic of the injuried rats were appeared ahead of time by the use of VEGF. The movement function of the lower limbs were also improved. Conclusion The VEGF could promote the rehabilitation of the spinal cord ischemic of the rats.
