直立位压力-流率、肌电图同步检测在下尿路功能障碍诊断中的应用

摘    要:对30例患者采用直立体位的方式,进行了压力-流率、肌电图同步检测,其中20例患者做了卧位和直立位膀胱压力容积两种检测方式的比较。经秩和检验卧位与直立位腹压的差异有显著意义(P<0.01),压力-流率检测应采用直立位,与肌电图同步检测可了解排尿时膀胱逼尿肌尿道括约肌功能协调状态。分析检测结果应该参考自然状态下的尿流率结果。直立侧压力-流率肌电图同步检测能较全面地反映下尿路的功能状态。

Abstract:Using the synchronous method of standing pressure-flow and electromyography study on 30 patients on a Menuet compact multichanel reorder. The Wilcoxn rank sum test was used to compare the para-menters of cystometry between supine and standing these two different position in the twenty cases of the group. There was significant difference in the abdominal pressure between supine and standing position (P < 0. 01) . There was no significant different in the other paramenters of the cystometry. There was no significant difference in maxiumum flow rate between voding with catheter and voding without catheter (7. 90 ml/s versus 9. 75 ml/s P > 0.05 ). The tracing and P/Q diagram shown outflow obstruction, detrusor-sphicter dyssynergia and dysfuction of detrusor. The erect position should be taken for pressure-flow study. The synchronous method of standing pressure-flow and electromyography study is useful to well know relationship between detrusor and sphincter during voiding. Analisis of pressure-flow paramenters should refer to the uroflowmetry of voding without catheter. The synchronous method of standing pressure-flow and electromyography study can reveal state of lower urinary tract function.
