全方位护理对高血压鼻出血患者治愈时间的影响

目的探讨全方位护理对高血压鼻出血患者治愈时间的影响。方法以96例高血压鼻出血患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各48例,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理基础上给予全方位护理,观察比较两组患者的治愈时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果实验组、对照组患者治愈时间分别为(8.3±2.7)d和(14.8±4.6)d,并发症发生例数分别为4(8.33%)和11(22.92%),护理总满意度分别为46(95.83)和42(87.50),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),实验组均优于对照组。结论全方位护理可缩短高血压鼻出血患者的治愈时间,有利于减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度。

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing on the Healing Time of Epitaxis in Hypertension

Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing on the healing time of epitaxis in hypertension. Methods 96 hypertensive cases with epistaxis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 48 cases for each group. Control group was given routine nursing, while experimental group comprehensive nursing in addition. Both groups were compared for healing time, the incidence of complications, and patient satisfaction. Results The average healing time was shorter in experimental group than in control group （ 8.3 ± 2.7 ） d vs （ 14.8 ± 4.6） d ]. Complications occurred in 4 cases of experimental group （8.33%）and in 11 cases of control group（22.92% ）. Patient satisfaction with nursing was 46 （95.83） and 42 （87.50） respectively in experimental group and control group, experimental group was supe- rior to control group and significant difference was found between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing interventions can shorten the healing time of epistaxis in hypertension, therefore, it can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
