流产后关爱在女性有效避孕中的临床应用

目的探讨流产后关爱(PAC)在女性有效避孕中的临床应用。方法选取2012年1月—2012年6月因计划生育于我院行人工流产的患者857例为实施PAC前的对照组,其中621人完成术后1年回访;选取2012年7月—2012年12月人工流产患者904例为实施PAC后的研究组,其中867人完成术后1年回访。对比分析她们1年避孕效果。结果干预1年后对照组避孕知识知晓评分(4.24±0.86),知晓率31.24%;研究组避孕知识知晓评分(8.28±1.62),知晓率97.92%,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组正确使用避孕方法者134例(占21.58%),再次意外妊娠者173例(占27.86%);研究组正确使用避孕方法者676例(占77.97%),再次意外妊娠者46例(占6.80%),两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 PAC服务通过向人工流产术后女性宣传避孕知识,及时落实有效的避孕方法,避免重复流产的发生。

Clinical Application of Post - abortion Care in Effective Female Contraception

Objective To explore clinical application of post - abortion care （PAC） in effective female contraception. Methods 857 cases undergoing induced abortion for family planning in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2012 were enrolled as control group, of which, 621 cases received a 1 - year follow - up visit after surgery. 904 cases undergoing induced abortion inour hospital from July 2012 to December 2012 were enrolled as study group, of which, 867 cases received a 1 - year follow - up visit after surgery. The study group was given the intervention of PAC service measures, control group stated conventional treatment. Both groups were compared for one - year contraceptive effects. Results One year after intervention, the score of knowledge about contraception was （4.24 ± 0.86 ） points and （8.28 ± 1.62 ）points respectively ino control group and study group; the awareness rate was 31.24% and 97.92% respectively incontrol group and study group, showing a significant difference （P 〈0.05）. In control group, 134 cases could use contraceptive methods correctly （21. 58%） ,173 cases had another unplanned pregnancy （27.86%）; in study group,676 cases could correct contraceptive methods （77.97%） correctly, 46 eases had another unplanned pregnancy （6.80%）, and there was a significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions PAC service can effectively avoidthe occurrence of repeated abortion by popularization of contraception knowledge, and by timely and effective implementation of contraceptive measures.
