鼻中隔粘膜下减张放射状切除整复200例

应用鼻中隔粘膜下减张放射状切除整复术，对２００例鼻中隔偏曲患者进行了单纯方形软骨部偏曲和合并骨部偏曲切除整复术。术后１周１８２例（９１％）鼻中隔平直，１９６例（９８％）通气改善。术后２月随访１０６例，其中１０３例（９７％）鼻中隔平直，全部通气良好。随访１年８２例，其中８０例（９８％）鼻中隔平直，全部通气良好。各期随访病例均无鼻中隔穿孔和鞍鼻等并发症。

200 Cases of Radiate and Relief Submucous Resection and Restitution of Nasal Septum

With this methed, 200 Cases with deviation of nasal septum received resection and restitution of simple quadrate cartilage deviation and combined bone deviaton.A week after operation, nasal septum became flate and straight in 182 cases (91%) and ventilation was improved in 196 cases (98%).Through the follow up survey in 106 cases two weeks after operation, we found that nasal septum became flate and straight in 103 cases (97%) while all having better ventilation.Through continuous one year follow up survey in 82 cases, we found nasal septum became flate and straight in 80 cases (98%) while all having better ventilation.At any time no complications such as perforation of nasal septum and saddle nose were found.
