胎盘口服液药效学实验研究

研究胎盘口服液对动物免疫功能、消化功能、机体耐疲劳、耐缺氧能力及外周血象的影响。结果表明：胎盘口服液能增强碳廓清能力,增加免疫器管胸腺重量,能增加外周血白细胞数量;能使离体肠管运动幅度增大,胃肠推进速度加快,胃蛋白酶活性提高,能延长小鼠游泳及耐缺氧时间,胎盘口服液作用与太阳神生物健口服液相似或稍强。结果提示：胎盘口服液能提高机体免疫功能,促进消化功能,增强机体抵抗力及耐力。

PHARMACODYNAMIC STUDIES OF ORAL PLACENTA-HYDROLYZED LIQUID

The effects of Oral Placenta-hydrolyzed Liquid on immunologic function, digestive function, fatigue tolerance, hypoxia tolerance and peripheral blood features were studied in this article. The results showed that:(1) Oral Placenta-hydrolyzed Liquid enhanced the clearance rate of charcoal particles given intravenously, remarkably increased the weight of thym us and increased the number of WBC in peripheral blood in mice;(2)Oral Placenta-hydrolyzed Liquid enhanced contractile amplitude of the isolated rabbit ileum, promoted the gastrointestinal movement in mice, and increased the activity of pepsin in rats.(3)Oral Placenta-hydrolyzed Liquid prolonged the swimming time and hypoxia tolerance time in mice. The effects of Oral Placenta-hydrolyzed Liquid was similar,but in some respects superior to that of"Apollo Oral-Liquid". These results suggest that Oral Placenta-hydrolyzed Liquid has an enhancing effect on immunologic and digestive functions besides increasing resistance and tolerance in the human body.
