532nm倍频激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效视察

目的：观察分析532nm倍频激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床效果。方法：对48例（48眼）视网膜静脉阻塞采用532nm倍频激光治疗，对术后疗效、视力进行分析。结果：随访半年至1年，23例黄斑水肿消退16例，有效率69．5％，8例视力进步占37．5％。结论：532nm倍频激光可以减少新生血管并发症的发生，避免视力进一步减退。

Clinical observation of retinal vein occlusion after the 532nm laser therapy

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of retinal vein occlusion after the 532nm Laser therapy. Methods48cases （48eyes） diagnosed as the 532nm Laser therapy were treated. Visual acuity and effects was analyzed. Results All cases were followed up for over 6-12monthhs,In 16 eyes, neovasculayization disappeared, the efficiency is 69.5%,18 cases visual acuity were increased （about 37.5%） . Conclusions The 532nm Laser therapy is an effected and simple method to retinal vein occlusion,Decrease neovascularization,visual decrease would be avoided.
