硫普罗宁治疗青少年非酒精性脂肪肝疗效评价

目的：评价硫普罗宁治疗青少年非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组应用硫普罗宁片2片／次，rid，4周为一个疗程；对照组口服护肝片4片／次，tid，4周为1个疗程；两组基础治疗相同。治疗结束后复查生化指标、肝脏CT或B超。结果：治疗组在生化指标及有效率上均优于对照组，结果有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：应用硫普罗宁片治疗青少年NAFLD，不但能降低ALT、AST，而且能降低TC和TG，效果优于护肝片。

Evaluation the curative effect of tiopronin on youngsters" non-alcoholic fatty liver

Objectives：Evaluation the curative effect of fiopronin on youngsters＇ non-alcoholic fatty liver. Method：Divide 60 satisfactory patients into treatment group and control groups. The treatment group receives Tiopronin orally, two pills/time, three times a day four weeks a course ; Control group receives liver protection pills orally, 4plUs/time, three times a day and four weeks a course .they are of the same base treatment. After the treatment, examine the biochemical index, liver CT or B-ultrasotmd. Results：the treatment group is more efficiency than the control group on Biochemical indicators. The result has an statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conciusion：use Tiopronin Tablets to treat nalld can not only reduce ALT,AST, but also reduce TC and TG, the effect is better than liver protection pills.
