瑞舒伐他汀治疗高脂血症患者脂蛋白（a）、超敏C反应蛋白含量的变化

目的：观察瑞舒伐他汀对高脂血症患者血清脂蛋白（a）、血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法：收集100例高脂血症患者，随机分成瑞舒伐他汀组50例和立普妥组50例。用瑞舒伐他汀10mg，立普妥20mg，两种药物每日一次，每次分别为10～20mg，持续6周。观察治疗前后：总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL—C）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL—C）、脂蛋白-a（Lp—a）和超敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）含量的改变。结果：两组治疗后TC、TG、LDL、Lp—a、hs—CR晗量较治疗前明显降低（t=2．345、2．456、2．311、2．412、2．411、2.311、2．324、2．411、2．389、2．411、P均〈0．05）；两组治疗后HDL含量较治疗前上升（t=2．315、2．226、P均〈0．05）；各指标两组问比较无显著性差异（P均〉0．05）。结论：瑞舒伐他汀和立普妥均有抗炎及降脂作用。
