瑞舒伐他汀治疗高脂血症患者脂蛋白(a)、超敏C反应蛋白含量的变化

摘    要:目的:观察瑞舒伐他汀对高脂血症患者血清脂蛋白(a)、血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法:收集100例高脂血症患者,随机分成瑞舒伐他汀组50例和立普妥组50例。用瑞舒伐他汀10mg,立普妥20mg,两种药物每日一次,每次分别为10~20mg,持续6周。观察治疗前后:总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL—C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL—C)、脂蛋白-a(Lp—a)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)含量的改变。结果:两组治疗后TC、TG、LDL、Lp—a、hs—CR晗量较治疗前明显降低(t=2.345、2.456、2.311、2.412、2.411、2.311、2.324、2.411、2.389、2.411、P均〈0.05);两组治疗后HDL含量较治疗前上升(t=2.315、2.226、P均〈0.05);各指标两组问比较无显著性差异(P均〉0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀和立普妥均有抗炎及降脂作用。

Abstract:Objective To effect of Rosuvastatin on hyperlipidemia with serum lipoproteln (a), serum high sensitivity C reactive protein. Methods 100 eases with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into rosuvastatin group(n=50) and IApitor (n=50).Using rosuvastatin 10rag, lApitor 20mg, two drugs once a day, each time was 10 - 20mg, for 6 weeks.The contents of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), lipoprotein-a (Lp-a) and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)Before and after treatment were observed. ResultsThe contents of TC, TG, LDL, Lp-a, hs-CRP After treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment (t= 2.345,2.456,2.311,2.412, 2.411, 2.311,2.324,2.411,2.389,2.411,aU P〈0.05); The contents of HDL After treatment than before treatment to two groups were inereased(t=2.315,2.226,all P〈0.05);the index between the two groups showed no significant difference (all P〉0.05).
