| 摘 要： | 探讨治疗晚期急性呼吸窘迫综合征的有效方法，降低病死率。方法治疗晚期ＡＲＤＳ患者２０例，均采用ＰＢ－７２００型定容型呼吸机机械通气治疗。选用同步间歇指令通气＋压力支持 通气＋呼气末正压通气方式，机械通气参数：呼吸频率：１６－２４次／分，潮气量：８－１０ｍｇ／Ｋｇ，ＦｉＯ２：０．４０，ＰＥＥＰ：０．４９０－０．９８１Ｋｐａ，ＰＳＶ：０．７８４－１．１７６ｋＰａ，辅助以监护和综合治疗。结果本组病例１６例

| Abstract: | bjective: To probe an effective method for treating acute respiratory distress 20 cases of patients with ARDS were treated by using PB - 7200ae ventilator and assisted with monitoring and synthetic treatment. Ventilative modes are synchronous intermittent mandatory ventilation (SIMV) and parameters are the followings: respiratory rate is 16 - 24bpm, tidal volume is 8 - 10ml/kg, FiO2 is 0. 40, PEEP is 0. 490 - 0.981kPa, PSV is 0. 784 - 1. 176kPa. Results: 16 of 20 patients recovered, 3 patients died and one patient wasgiven up treatment by his family. The mean duration of using ventilation was 7. 1 days, with a range of 4 hoursto 44 days. All of 10 patients who were treated by ventilator over 4 days occurred pulmonary infection. Conclusion: The mortality will be decreased if the serious patients are treated by mechanical ventilation with suitablevetilative modes, parameters, monitoring and assisting with synthetic treatment. |
