眼眶骨折的CT表现及分型(附86例分析)

目的探讨CT对眼眶骨折的诊断价值及分型方法。方法回顾性分析86例共92只眼眶骨折的CT特征，根据眼眶骨折的部位、范围及其他部位受累的情况，将眼眶骨折分为单纯型、复杂型、复合型。结果在92只眼眶骨折中，单纯型57只（61．97％），复杂型10只（10．87％），复合型25只（27．17％）。结论cT检查可较全面地观察眼眶骨折的情况，为临床治疗提供重要依据，是眼眶骨折的首选检查方法。

CT diagnosis and typing of orbital fractures:an analysis of 86 cases

Objective To discuss the CT diagnosis and typing of orbital fractures.Methods CT findings of 86 cases(92 orbits)with orbital fractures were analyzed retrospectively.Based on the severity of the fracture and presence or absence of complicated injuries,all patients whose orbital fractures were classified into simple type,complicated type and complex type.Results In 92 orbital fractures,simple type fractures were found in 57 orbits(61.9%),complicated type fractures in 10 orbits(10.87%)and complex type fractures in 25 orbits(27.17%).Conclusion CT examination can completely and stereoscopically reveal the details of orbital fracture and can provide the important evidence for the clinical treatment so that it should be an optimal protocol to assess orbital fracture.
