老年急性出血坏死性胰腺炎外科治疗的探讨

目的 探讨老年急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)的外科治疗.方法 将40例AHNP早期手术与非手术治疗组治疗效果进行比较.结果 老年AHNP早期手术治疗的并发症与非手术组相比有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01)、两组病死率相比有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 伴发病、并发症发生率高是老年AHNP的主要临床特点,治疗伴发病和防治并发症是降低老年AHNP病死率的关键性措施.对非胆道梗阻性AHNP尽量避免采用早期手术治疗.

Analysis of the Older People's Acute Haemorrhage Necrosis Pancreatitis

Objective To analyze the surgery treatment of the older people's acute haemorrhage necrosispancreatitis (AHNP).Methods Compare the treatment result of surgical operation in earlier period andnon-surgical treatment of 40 older people's AHNP. Result It's significant difference between thecomplications(P <0.01)and mortality (P <0.05)of the two groups. Conclusion The main clinicalcharacteristics of the older people's AHNP is that the companions and the complications occurrence ratesare high, to cure the companions and to prevent the complications are decisive measure that lowersmortality of the older people's AHNP. Avoid taking earlier period surgical operation to a non-blockgallbladder AHNP as far as possible.
