单光子计算机断层扫描对单侧脑梗死早期持续康复治疗后脑功能活动状态研究

摘    要:目的:探讨脑梗死后早期神经康复治疗对脑单光子计算机断层扫描(SPECT)局部脑血流(rCBF)的影响。方法:比较8例急性单侧脑梗死患者经早期神经康复持续治疗后99mTc—双半胱乙酯SPECTrCBF兴趣区法测定结果,并与患者临床神经功能的转归和磁共振改变相对照。结果:病侧额区、上额区以及健侧额区局部脑血流明显增加,与临床神经功能的转归相一致。结论:脑梗死后早期神经康复治疗可以促使脑功能改善,同时显示脑SPECT显像在动态研究脑功能变化中有一定价值。

Abstract:AIM:To observe the changes of brain function after the early and continuous neuro rehabilitation therapy and to infer the mechanism for the changes. METHODS:Eight patients with acute unilateral cerebral infarction received the early and continuous neuro rehabilitation. Before and after the course, comparison of 99mTc ECD SPECT imaging of the six cases were taken. In each SPECT test, the images were reconstructed in the horizontal long axis plane. Semiquantitative analysis of rCBF in ROI model was used to evaluate the changes.RESULTS:The rBCF of 3 brain areas (frontal and supper frontal in the affected side; frontal in the normal side) was obviously increased.The local brain functions were obviously improved and these changes were corresponding to neurological outcome.CONCLUSION:The mechanism of early and continuous neuro rehabilitation in patients with acute cerebral infarction might be explained and brain SPECT imaging is also a useful method of brain function assessment.
