纳洛酮对犬缺血再灌注损伤肺组织的MDA、SOD、NO的影响

摘    要:目的 :检测犬心肺复苏后 6h ,肺组织MDA、SOD、NO的浓度 ,以探讨纳洛酮对肺组织中MDA、SOD、NO含量的影响。方法 :1 8只健康杂种犬 ,随机分成 3组 ,空白组 (n =6 ) :不诱发室颤 ,6h后取肺组织 ,对照组 (n =6 ) :心跳骤停后予常规心肺复苏术 ,实验组 (n =6 ) :心跳骤停后予常规心肺复苏术 +纳洛酮。于复苏后 6h取肺组织行MDA、SOD和NO测定以及行肺形态学检查。结果 :对照组肺组织的MDA、NO的含量高于空白组 (P <0 0 1 )和实验组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而实验组中肺组织SOD的含量高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,低于空白组 (P <0 .0 5 )。实验组肺组织的病理损害低于对照组。结论 :纳洛酮可减轻心跳骤停后肺组织的MDA和NO的生成 ,增加SOD的活力 ,从而减轻肺的再灌注损伤

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the impact on the lung MDA,SOD,NO levels by naloxone 6 hours after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in dogs. Methods: 18 mongrel dogs were randomly divided into three groups,6 dogs each. In group 1,lung tissue was taken without inducing cardiac arrest after 6 hours; in group 2,standard CPR was performed after inducing cardiac arrest,and in group 3,procedure of group 2 was repeated plus naloxone treatment. Lung tissue was taken 6 hours after CPR. The levels of lung MDA,SOD,NO were measured and lung tissue was also used for histological examination. Results: The concentrations of lung MDA,NO in group 2 was significantly higher than those in group 3( P <0.05)and group 1( P <0.01).The concentration of lung SOD in group 2 was significantly lower than that in group 3( P <0.01) and higher than that in group 1( P <0.05). Pathological injury of lung in group 2 was significantly milder than in group 3. Conclusions:Naloxone may attenuate lung reperfusion injury after CPR through reducing MDA, NO and increasing SOD activity.
